Instructions for Use:

1. The allowable torque varies with temperature (normal temperature ≤ 70 ℃) and requires high-temperature operation. Please let us know so that we can use special processes for production;

2. If an impact is applied to the magnetic region, it may directly cause damage or a decrease in magnetic force.

3. Prevent the flying fragments generated by the collision of neodymium iron boron magnets from entering the eyes and causing harm to the human body;

4. During use, the workplace should be kept clean to prevent small impurities such as iron filings from adsorbing on the surface of the magnet and affecting the normal use of the product;

5. Unable to add processing to the magnetic area, it is recommended that the speed of the magnetic wheel should not exceed 1500rpm;

6. The design modulus of the magnetic ring with a ※ mark is consistent, and the size of the magnetic wheel can be used together to achieve acceleration and deceleration. Non standard customization is accepted.

7. During assembly, extract and assemble one by one to the shaft end to avoid mutual suction, collision, and damage. For first-time use, it is recommended to reserve a gap for fine adjustment (0.5-1.0mm) to achieve the best magnetic state;

8. Due to the strong magnetic properties of neodymium iron boron magnets, it is important to avoid getting your hands or other parts of your body caught by the magnets during operation. For larger magnets, personal safety and protection should be taken seriously.

9. Orthogonal and parallel types cannot be combined. Cannot be combined with products from other companies. Please make sure to purchase the same type of product as a set.

※ Attention: When the magnet cannot be separated, it is recommended to push it in a staggered manner and not forcefully pry it.
